Very similar experience to others. I’ve been buying liquid from them for years. 2 weeks ago I bought a new battery, the charging connector broke. Took it back today and they said it was “customer damage” and refused to replace. After years of custom I won’t be returning.
Worst vape shop I have ever experienced, staff have no clue, products are cheap and nasty. How this shop survives is beyond me.
Bought many items from here over the years I've been vaping. Good selection of stock, fair prices, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. Highly recommended
AVOID!!! Bought 2 Smok Nord ecigs from here now and both have stopped working within a couple of months. Refused to exchange despite it clearly being faulty - (not switching off and just turning on by itself!). They just refuse to exchange faulty items despite the fact that your consumer rights state you have 6 months to return a faulty item. Like lots of the reviews on here - this place is clearly very dodgy and happily selling faulty items! STAY CLEAR!
Dishonest crooks. Bought an ecig from them that broke one week later. Took it back and surprise, surprise was told it was my fault. I've been vaping for years, and know shoddy overpriced stock when I see it. Only went there after my mod broke down to get a temporary replacement. Little did I know how temporary that was. I suspect their returns policy may be illegal as well. Under no circumstances shop here.
DO NOT buy from this shop! I paid £65 for a e cigarette only to find after 10 days its stop working! When I took it back the assistant was rude and accused me of lying and that I had dropped it! 3 days later they ring me to say a slight scratch idicates it had been dropped! Keep away from this scam of a business that is just out to rip people off! I will be pursuing this through Consumer Rights and The Financial Ombudsman. They are criminals! Save yourself the money and hassle and go elsewhere!
