Purchased some Hoka running shoes from here, the Gent who served me was extremely helpful, I wasn't exactly sure on what I wanted and I'm relatively new to running so it was great to be offered a selection and not feel pressured into anything either. Would recommend, thank you!
I didn't particularly get on with Triangle before its recent buy out by J's Cycle Shack but since then they've been absolutely outstanding. I participate in long distance triathlon and do a bit of downhill and cross country mountain biking on the side and I'm yet to find a question that they can't answer. Elliot's clearly an expert and he's been an exceptional resource for me, regardless of whether that's resulted in business for the shop. It's a shame that the legacy one star reviews can't be removed as everyone I know who's shopped there or used the workshop has been incredibly impressed by their service.
Elliot is the man! I've tried 20+ other bikes shops trying to get a quote for my ebike since it was stolen and without thinking he took it on board. I'll definitely be buying from here in the future.
Went in after crashing my bike thus needing a repair to my rear derailleur. Excellent prompt service, good value. 10/10.
Useless service, took a bike for service. Returned with a tyre that wouldn't hold air for even 10 minutes, gear cables not changed when told they had been, incompatible parts fitted. Don't go as a lone female as made inappropriate comments to my partner.
Adam the owner is a very experienced cycle man. If you have any problems with your bike he is the man to see. He also has a selection of bike related accessories along with new bikes.

Great place, full of great kit and in depth knowledge. I’ve bought a wetsuit caps and goggles here. I had a few pairs of goggles and kept struggling to find a pair that wouldn’t leak in. Went in into Triangle and got some great advice on fitment and found the perfect pair.. same story with a wetsuit and everything else I have bought
