The owner's behaviour is very bad and very rude. I think he has some problem with Asian people. Even my friend told that he spoke to them very rudely he behave as if we're gonna steal something from his shop or going to do something.The way he looked at me and my kids was very hurtful. Just because of his behaviour my whole day went bad. I was thinking how can he behave like that. When I sae other's review then I got to know that I'm not only the only person. He's a very bad guy.

It’s a great shop and family run! They have been in business for over 40 years. I’m reading thease reviews and I’m quite shocked, I’ve never experienced anything but good customer service and they have been consistent over the years… if I need it they have it… it definitely looks like thease bad reviews are all from the same people…. If the shop is as bad as people say they would not have been in service for so long…

Worst experience ever.. the guy in cashier ( maybe owner) was the rudest stranger I ever met in my life . I was randomly just browsing through the store for some home essentials. As it was my first time in that store , I spend time looking for other items as welI and thought of buying something for next month’s party and took a picture of an item to send it to my brother to decide . It was at that moment that guy shout at me saying to not to click any thing from the store . It seemed okay cause, I thought they might have some kind of store regulations so didn’t bother with it. But after shopping when I went to the till to make payment of the items , I asked for adding a carrier bag as well , he told me that they` don’t have any bag and make payment quickly ‘… I saw that it was right behind the payment till and asked him if it’s for customers or not . At that point he started to respond back in a very rude tune to me that, he is not going to sell carrier bag or the `items I took to the payment point to me , because of my attitude‘ .I was so confused and surprised by this behaviour and ask him to learn some customer service skills.He then shouted at me to get outside of his store and never come back . He also mentioned that `how dare you get in my territory and show attitude towards me‘.I think he thinks himself as a great rowdy man ... Honestly, this guy really needs some therapy… I mean why this guy runs this sore if he don’t intend to sell goods… highly not recommend store ..

The man who either runs or owns this store is extremely rude. I went there to buy some moving bags when I was pregnant. It was close to closing time so I asked the other worker if I could pick up something quickly and he agreed. I went in to look for the bags and he came shouting swearing and asking me if I didn’t see the shop is closed, I tried to explain that the other guy let me in and he grabbed the bags out of my hand and told me to leave. I was almost 9pm the pregnant and 2 years on I still remember how this man made me feel so petrified! I would go as far as saying if he’s married with children, I do worry about their safety because if he can be this aggressive towards a complete pregnant stranger God knows how it’s like living with him or even working with him. AVOID!

I’ve been in this shop a few times and they were ok but when I came back. I was looking at something on the other side of the till and he all of a sudden told me to take my things to the till cause he said im blocking the way. I said politely hold on im just choosing one more thing and he told me to hurry up and it annoyed me how he’s tone was with me and they said get out and you’re not allowed to come back here again. I strongly suggest to people not to go in this shop again and im surprised that they’ve haven’t closed down of all this negative comments that everyone wrote.

Father and son run business....I can only say they have been working in this shop together for years and I find them as a very good team....they understand the customers needs and usually have it in stock. We'll done. Can only imagine the four other reviews are from new competitors.....they don't know the family like the locals do.

The Worst experience ever the cashier the guy who runs the shop is so rude and nasty. The reviews are all true. What people say about this shop and the owner? He is nasty he shouldn't deserve anything good . Please avoid and spread the word for people not to go there and the products are really cheap and will break.
