   Arrived for a delivery drop. Parked in the bay as they requested on sign outside, 6 members of staff walked by, worked on other customers and delivery guys and not one acknowledged me, said hello, good morning despite catching their eye to get help. 26 minutes before I got fed up waiting and pulled off. Somebody else can deal with 15 tons of fancy stones and cobbles. Dreadful place... Rude. !!!

   First time ordering with the company and they were excellent. They phoned me up to tell me I could collect my order any time (way before the slot I picked online). When in store a worked stopped what he was doing to serve me (I was waiting 2nd in the queue) and then another worked carried all my lumber straight to my car without me even asking. 10/10 service, a great company.
