Absolutely disgusted by the service I received. When I asked to speak to the manager, a member of staff decided to pretend he was the manager and be very rude on the phone and tell me its not his or his company's problem, let me assure you that it is! Trading standards will be paying a visit very soon and iv very certain I'll get my money back, and hopefully your shop gets shut down
