worst company ever, i have placed 5 orders, all were wrong, you order screws, they send you hinges...you order M10, they send you M18, looking for a different supplier now

Where really good to deal with, but a clear out of their good staff around Christmas (2023) has made their customer service the very worse company that I now deal with in the fencing industry. Errors with every order and I mean every order. Looking for an alternative supplier now. Avoid if you are new and looking for a good reliable supplier.
