   Not Recommended, Anna International Shopping Centre (Welford Road, Leicester) Completely disgusting behaviour from Mr. Saeed (so-called manager) and Mr. Al-Khair. Honestly, they used to be good, but this time their attitude was unbelievable. I went to them with a complaint about the eggs I bought (30 eggs) 4 out of 5 had blood inside. As soon as Mr. Saeed saw me, he literally walked out of the store. Mr. Al-Khair asked me for the receipt, which I had for the current purchase, but I reminded him that last time they never gave me a refund. Then he said, “Bring the eggs." Tell me, which sensible person would keep blood-filled eggs at home? I even attached pictures, and Mr. Al-Khair himself knew the issue because last time he also took the eggs home and saw the blood in them. When I said I would complain to the council, he replied, “Go, do whatever you want.” Is this how a proper business operates? Are they working under a system or just doing whatever they like? I am now filing a complaint with Leicester Council as well as Food Authorities.

   Very bad place. There is no proper heating system. Inside the store it feels like –3 degrees. When I asked the staff, they told me to ask the manager. People are shivering inside. Very poor conditions.

   Their customer service needs to be improved. People has to wait most of the time at counter before anyone is there to provide service.

   I was getting a drink from here and there was no price tag so when I went to pay for the drink the cashier ask me how much it was so I said the price that the closest tag said which was £1.50. 2 day later I went to get the same drink and he ask me the price and I said same as 2 days before. After that he said that wasn’t the price and how it was £2.00 so I said to him il pay the extra 50p I missed. Then he raised it to £2.50 nd started getting verbal with me calling a liar and took me to the drink isle and asked me where the price tag was but I pointed out how the tag kept falling off and he still kept on getting verbal . Afterwards I called him an idiot for not knowing his own price and I paid for my drink and the extra money I owned. Then he banned me from the shop and threatened to fight me after his shift ends at 11 pm.
