I had a Terrible experience at this store. I bought a bag of rice that turned out to be of very Worst & ,poor quality. When I returned to replace it, the manager USMAN flatly refused to help. Even though I showed proof of purchase on my phone, he didn’t bother to look at it. Instead of addressing the issue, he walked away and hid in his office without saying a word. This level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I strongly advise others not to buy this kind of stuff from this shop.

Bought Cheetos flamin hot from Pak foods thinking its Halal 2 weeks ago and being in the world of digital /paperless, did not opt to keep receipt for basic grocery foods. However, after I checked and realised the crisp has been imported from USA where they use animal rennet /enzymes to flavour their cheese. I took it back to do the good deed of informing the owner and going I would get an exchange or refund. Instead, I got no appreciation for alerting him but to send proof, and no courtesy to exchange it either. Then the Muslim ummah wonders why we suffer. Shocking service!

A great place for Asian ingredients and a lot of variety. Covers all household items. They even have a fresh butchers section. Very clean and tidy place.

Pak Foods is a fantastic store for anyone looking for South Asian items. They have a great selection of halal meat, fresh vegetables, and authentic ingredients that are often hard to find elsewhere. It's so convenient to get everything in one place, especially halal products, which are essential for the community. The store is well-stocked, and the quality of their products is excellent. It’s a go-to spot for anyone who wants to cook authentic South Asian meals or just stock up on essentials. A great asset to the community—highly recommended!

I go here once a week for the Indian ingredients I need. I am Muslim but fo not wear a scalf and I am a revert so look English. I feel the women inside the store are rude and judgemental. I would like to see more friendliness. For example when I buy somthing I dont expect I thrown in to the packing area . Todsy I came in and only one woman in their was as a muslim woman should be and it was unfortunate that I did not get her name but I asked her for cocktail sticks and she then nicly get her me 2 dunyaa as I forgot them. To you sister thank you. . But in the shop side the ingredients are gooda some a little expensive a d the prices change depending in season fruit and veg is very fresh free parking and they have just sorted out the car park

Pak foods is my local grocery shop, clean friendly staff, well stocked, prices are reasonable, so items pricer then other stores, usually find what you are looking for

Good points: Very good quality meet, chicken and qeema. A huge variety of desi vegetables including Karela, fresh mint and coriander. Large borees of onions if you want to cook Daig. Good quality pegranates and bananas and apples. Good variety of juices and soft drinks. Cons: Not a cheap place to shop. Roti packets though good quality but overpriced (five for 1.50£). Not all fruit is tasty, Daal packets are small and high priced. Rice, a large variety and quantity but sold a bit expensive. Not many branded items so stuff should be a bit cheaper but not... A lot of Plastic (bags, covers) being used which should be paper...
