   Decent size shop. More in line with convenience cost. My biggest reason for the low stars is there is always a huge wait to get served. It’s never quick in and out. Some staff just don’t want to come on the till even when 4-5 people waiting

   Be careful when purchasing goods from this store particularly those with a sell by date. I purchased a bag of doughnuts today as a treat only to find when I got home that they were stale. The sticker on the bag said best before 02/07/2022 it is 03/07/2022 today, that's the day I purchased them.

   Always a pleasant shop. Staff very very friendly and pretty much all know me. Not the cheapest of convenience stores but go there because of the atmosphere and all of the friendly team.

   Would never have a item delivered to this store as a click and collect. I've had one item delivered and was never notified that it was ready to collect it was only when I went to the store to enquire about it I was told it is here. On a other occasion I had a track and trace item delivered and it was dropped of and signed. I gave it few days and went back to the store and was told the item never got delivered even though my tracking reference saying it was delivered and signed for. Luckily I got my refund back but I would never use this store as they have a habit of loosing your parcel.

   Always friendly and good prices on a selection of their food. However, at the present time I can only give three stars as there seems to be an inept ability to communicate why bread and milk are non existent during the current crisis. I thought the Co Op was one of the largest dairy producers in the UK, so to have no milk, or even start to think as to how they can step up to the mark and supply the local community is baffling? Many older people rely on this store. Come on CoOp get your act together, be a leader in providing for our community at this dire time in our history. You might want to think about providing more bread/bakery products too and distribute in a fair way for all. Some local leadership is needed and communication between the various stores near to each other for us to be supplied with basics that we're being told are not in shortage. Please help....

   I really like Downing Drive Co op and since it's new layout it's even better. It carries a good variety of products for a small shop, I always manage to find what I want. It's now very spacious and well laid out with great display cabinets for the chilled/frozen produce and a much better till area. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
