   Charged wrong price at till on self says different , ask to come back next day b4 9pm bcos customer service desk closed at 9pm. Would not give refund as customer service desk was closed, even its there mistake

   It's a disaster with the new change they have made with the food Isles, cant seem to find anything easily, why move the food near to the checkout when you have long queues. Total shamble it was much better how it was before just lost a customer as I will now probably go to Asda

   The new layout is a mess. As soon as you enter through the doors and turn left there is a queue for Customer service which tends to overflow and cause a build of people. It was better situated on the right out of the way. Apparently, there is no bakery anymore so the bakery items have landed somewhere in the middle of the store, with a narrow aisle becoming crowded and customers getting in each other’s way. You would have thought they could have made this transformation meaningful by making the till pathway areas wider so that customers can flow through more quickly and get a comfortable shopping experience.

   Went in the cafe now all touch screen ordered 2 fish and chips and 1 small bottle tropical orange. Will I've never had a stickleback fried before. Then the assistant said there was no tropical orange and was given a tesco own small carton of orange never offered the me the money difference back. Was a lovely cafe before with polite friendly staff. Never again shocking

   I had home delivery today. No substitutes so its great. (I used to order at another big supermarket but half of products were out of stock or substitutes). Food quality is good and meat taste better than from most cheaper supermarkets. Everything on long dates, fresh veggies etc. Only one issue - no eggs or big size tomatoes at online order but I had it from my local shop instead.

   Service appalling food in cafe discusting and they do not cater for all types and over priced. Very quickly are going down hill. Asda and aldi a much better option!!!

   Hi the store was busy, it soon became apparent that staff were walking around the store not really doing anything, i asked if they had normal sugar and the staff member said no, for me Tesco is a main source of supply with food for the public and not to have a basic product such as sugar is terrible. I know i gave 4 stars but that was purely on the basis that the range of clothes and electrical products had a good selection in both area's

   Prices aren't that great, even with clubcard. Also F&F clothing is rarely useful. The carpark is another story, if you're neither in the disabled nor family category you have quite a distance to walk. However I like how the app tells you where to find an item. Also happy it has got good halal options
