   For the sake of a £30 cheap and cheerful cordless drill that failed, (it winds - or did - my caravan legs up and down), Toolbox has lost a regular and high spend client. Have been fobbed off by local staff and Business Owners about a replacement despite my Consumer Rights protestations. TBH..and if I had the time and inclination I would take it further….for the £10 profit you made on this sale…you’ve lost out on much more both financially and reputationally. Very disappointed at your “penny pinching” poor post sale service. I will definitely not be buying from this Company again….BUYER BEWARE!

   I'm giving a massive shout out to this lovely shop the staff are so friendly helpful and knowledgeable if you have a problem with some thing gaurneteed they are so helpful had a problem with damp and the products they advised cured it I won't go anywhere else they always make time for you and nothing is too much trouble for them value for money aswell thanks again x

   Customer service here was very poor- the lad was polite and tried his best to help but the older woman with the fake tan was quite rude and surly, she didn't make me feel like my custom was valued - the atmosphere in the shop was very uncomfortable. Disappointing as I like to make every effort to shop locally when I can. Seems like a very poor reflection on the company as a whole.

   the Bedworth toolbox staff need to brush up on your customer service skills a bit be a bit more chaty with customers show your interested and keep in your job other wise you are going to loose customers and close down. the guy at Nuneaton will show you how it's done with out any effort at all and the more customers the more you'll injoy the experience.

3. What Do you know ★☆☆☆☆

   I am sick to death of trying to shop locally, this shop is never open !!! Don’t waste your time trying to shop here. On the odd days it is open the scarecrow that staffs it must have been trained in a circus - what a joke. Iv been shopping in here since it opened and it’s a shame to see what chaos it is now. The manager needs to be retrained or even let go. What a shambles !!!
