Great shop! I have got to know most of the staff as I live around the corner. I Would definitely recommend. Not sure on all the comments saying staff are rude? Never found that myself.

The store location is good however customer service from the white woman at the counter is appalling. I have experienced multiple instances of rude behaviour from her. She does not believe in saying hello, please or thanks and is very racist. I won't be coming back and feel sorry for the BAME community who have to interact with her. The Asian gentleman and the lady who serve at the counter are great, they are so polite and helpful. The white female cashier is single handedly turning away custom from this business.

This is our local store and we absolutely love going there. My kids enjoy the milkshakes and frozen yogurt machines here. The staff are always very patient with the kids. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service and kindness.
