Abandon hope all yee who enter here. Purchases from here have been boarder line out of date & damaged. Also incredibly unhelpful when it comes to Evri packages. Save your sanity & find else where to go.
The most rude staff I have ever seen or dealt with. On the price tag the bread said £1 and when I went to checkout they said it’s £1.69 and when I asked of where the price tag is they took it out from behind another price tag. They scammed me twice for the same bread and . The third time when I went to buy something and forgot one of the items and just asked him that I wanted to get one more thing, he got angry and smacked the door and the machine and threw my items on a side. Very unprofessional and bad attitude towards customers.
Went to drop off an Evri parcel around 10:15pm and the staff said they don't do it after 10pm when Evri site clearly says 11pm. Staff said they informed Evri about it many months ago but Evri haven't updated it on their site. A waste of trip and time.
I had a bad experience with a cashier yesterday when I bought a Costa latte. The drink wasn't hot, and it tasted like it was just milk and water. When I complained, suggesting there might be a problem with the machine, the cashier responded disrespectfully. 0 customer service skills and 0 communication skills. very bad service.
Managers of the store Baharath Neelakurthi or so it says he is, is a disgrace. 0 customer service skills and 0 communication skills. Refused to take a box for Hermes saying if it’s too heavy ( was around 4kg) and when I asked about the max weight for a parcel said that only small parcels he takes (bags). No respect for the customers that pays whatsoever. I would not recommend this shop at all. Not a pleasant experience.
Store looks great under new management, plenty of range always finds what I need at a great prices.
