   I had my first ever pedicure experience! I usually get my nails done but was absolutely amazed by how lovely and relaxing it was . Also you get a back massage from the special chair and a foot spa.

   We waited about 45 minutes to get our nails done as the lady infront kept having her nail not go quite right and then my friend went first and even tho she was seen 20 minutes before me and I had a design chrome and gems I was done before her we spent a long time in there but I love my nail design I did have a nail look bulgy but didn’t realise till after the staff were lovely just a bit too slow

   I came in for the first time to get my acrylic toes done after seeing my friend’s gorgeous French set, she recommended this place and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! My toenails were fragile and misshapen when I came in and now I’ve come out, she’s added a whole new confidence in having my feet out. Definitely look forward to coming back again and suggesting this salon to my other friends as my nail professional, Mina, was super gentle and so lovely and sweet.

   Save your money and go somewhere else! Very bad staff, very arrogant man who is very aggressive on your nails, and the lady does very bad nails and always on her phone! Paid £47 for awful nails I regret even paying! If my nails come off or look terrible within one week, I’m coming back for half of what I paid! Terrible experience AVOID THIS PLACE

   I had an acrylic infill completed at this shop and I will never ever be going back! The nails are mediocre at best and the staff lack good customer service skills as I was treated so badly and they were incredibly unprofessional having no due regard towards me as a paying customer. In fact, this lack of due regard resulted in me being injured and I was cut by the electric nail file on both of my thumbs. I frequently have my nails done and I have NEVER been cut before in other nail shops! Moreover, instead of a sincere apology for cutting me, I received attitude and blame. At one point, I was even asked "what do you want me to do about it?" And they then started talking about me loudly, in their language, amongst themselves- which was incredibly rude and uncomfortable. I urge the nail technicians to learn better customer service skills and how to properly use their tools!!!

   had a full set of acrylics done and the man was so harsh he made two fingers bleed around my cuticle and ruined the skin around my nail. he rushed and was very careless. my nails look ok but it was a painful experience getting them done and they still hurt now. the skin around my nails are still red raw. also they were definitely not worth £32. i payed to get pretty nails and ended up with painful fingers and broken skin around my nails

   Don't bother with sb appointment. Open till 6 and you can walk in for infield at 5.30. Not bad quality. Friendly people. Cash only accepted. Lots of choice of colours.
