Had our nails done here under two weeks ago, since then, they have been chipping off and the actual acrylic nail is splitting. There we’re not enough UV lamps and so we had to our nails under the light. Thick, chunky stubby nails, when stating we wanted short nails, she cut them right off to the minimum length without confirming beforehand. Very disappointing, whole place felt awkward and Chloe did not seem in a good mood.
They can use more communication, speak to the clients and communicate with us! It makes it really awkward... Amazing nails tho, and amazing shape! Amazing for £50! Will be coming back

I recently had my nails done with BIAB at this salon specifically for a holiday trip. I had it done by Chloe, sadly the cuticles weren’t fully covered, as shown in the attached photo taken on the same day. I noticed the issue only after leaving and didn’t have time to come back before my trip. I also want to point out that if the cuticles are not properly covered, the nails will outgrow faster and look less tidy as time goes. And looks like I’ve had them in for a week when only freshly done. This is particularly frustrating since I had the service done for my holiday trip. Given the £35 price, I was disappointed with the result and am unsure if I would return.
I got builder gel done here after having needing to get my nails done asap. It was easy to get an appointment as they thankfully take walk-ins. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I had three people do my nails at different stages, the tools they used were not kept sanitary or in any antibacterial/cleaning solution and they also didn’t wear gloves or wash/sanitise their hands!? Not sure how common wearing gloves are but was a red flag for me, but I was desperate and visiting the area so my knowledge of other nail techs in cardiff was minimal. The LED lamps used are way too hot and was extremely uncomfortable and painful to use, I had to take my hands out multiple times but they never turned it down! 4-5 weeks later (slightly overdue) I go to my usual nail salon to find that I have a fungal infection (which I’d never noticed having gel polish and builder gel on my nails!) as well as having some of my nails actually lift from the nail bed and crumble to pieces when having the builder gel removed! My nails are a complete wreck now. Will never recommend this place!! It was cash only and they give a week warranty? How am I meant to know I have a fungal infection in a week with a coloured gel on my nails?! Very disappointed and will not be returning!

Girls are really lovely here and so clever with the designs they achieve on natural and acrylic nails.you may wait alittle while on the weekend but i have made an appointment and been as a walk in and not been waiting long !all good things are worth the wait and this place is good.you wont be disappointed.
First time having my nails done one of my nails is growing with a split, had a BIAB and it was great, care taken by them, face mask worn and wow what a choice of colour went for a red! Looking forward to going back thanks
Got my nails done by chloe today, I showed her a picture but result was far from what I expected.. I asked for barelina shape which she responded its won't look nice and I said but I want them shape and she still kinda forced me to have pointy shape nails which I really didn't like, nails that she applied to my fingers are way to big on my fingers and literally made my hand look so awful. I was charged £50 which I went straight to another shop to get rid of the ugly design and they filled my nails properly to the shape that would suit my hand. In my experience I feel they rush you so they can do more clients, I didn't like anything about the customer service either. I will not be returning..
