   I called to find out if this company did the sizes of planks that I needed pallets loads of. Lucy the girl who answers will tell you (with an attitude that suggests she owns the business), they might not sell to you if you only want a few boards (before I even said what I needed). I questioned this by asking how she knew how much wood I needed (we need at lot). I then couldn't listen to the bad attitude anymore, but wanted someone with business sense to speak to me in the hope she wasn't representative of this business as a whole. Thus Lloyd answers the phone (presumably the same Lloyd who has put a fake 5 star review on here). Lloyd pretty much had as bad an attitude as Lucy. I was so shocked I couldn't help but laugh a little out of awkwardness. After being shocked by Lloyd's response, I couldn't help but ask him what he did in the business as he didn't introduce himself. He's the sales manager! wow! Whoever owns this business, you need to look at these people who you pay to drive away potential customers. Good luck, you'll need it.
