Nicest Wickes I've ever been, it's bright, tidy and organised. Vast displays of kitchen, units and bathrooms. Up to date pricing and ranges, plenty of available stock and options. Checkout was slow but otherwise great!

“I’m extremely disappointed with the service I experienced at Wickes Nuneaton. The young woman on the left checkout was openly rude and dismissive — I said thank you twice as I was leaving, yet she completely ignored me while chatting with a colleague. This wasn’t an isolated incident; I’ve noticed similar behaviour from her before. Today, however, it felt uncomfortably personal, as though I was being treated differently because of my ethnicity. What stood out even more was how warm and welcoming she seemed with customers of her own colour, which only made the contrast in her behaviour towards me more obvious. As a loyal paying customer, I expect a basic level of courtesy and respect. This type of behaviour reflects poorly on the store and makes customers feel unwelcome. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses it appropriately.”
Always felt Wickes was more of a trade persons place, where you had to know exactly what you wanted, and how to do a particular job, but having driven past this place loads of time on the way to either the one with a lot of orange signs, or green, (now sadly closed down) I ventured inside, and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised, very well laid out, fabulous range of products, and very reasonably priced, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, I've been back several times during my recent little project, and I'm so pleased to say I'll definitely be going back for more.
I was helped today with my purchase by a young gentleman who was knowledgeable, professional & polite. Thank you Wickes for employing this person. He also helped 2 other customers who asked for his assistance as he was helping me.
Good selection and usually well stocked, staff are helpful and nice. Competitive prices and click & collect, Wickes and Screwfix cover just about all of my DIY needs.

Good DIY store. Although they did have what I required on the day! A few gaps on the shelves, a sign of the times in other stores to. Staff very helpful.
