   Very rude staff. Makes you feel guilty that you entered the shop while they were having not work related chat. Then you need to chew all the information for them that they would be able to find you items you need because apparently they cannot use their search. I don't know with who they are friendly but I hope it is not a racist thing that if they see you as a foreigner they will treat you different. Disgusting.

   £23 for a touch up pen, usually around £11 (pic attached) was told it’s on the fitters price list, I’d hate to know what it would of been otherwise. Personally would recommend ringing in and getting a price first, it’s common practice to sting one off customers walking in off the street in merchants as the mark up is very high. I won’t be going in again unless calling first as the price is clearly overpriced.

   Visited the Nuneaton store for a door seal,i was informed that Eurocell do not and have never sold door seals.Fair enoegh.But the way the person behind the counter informed me of this was quite the rudest,bolshy manner i have ever experienced.I have been in the trade for over twenty years and i cannot think of a worse experience of customer service i have ever had.It was like a scene from a comedy show,so if anybody out there wants to experience possibly Britains rudest shop assistant then go to Eurocell Nuneaton on Saturday morning.By the way picked up the door seal from Howdens who greeted me with "Good morning how can we help"

   I paid for the items and set up the delivery. Not delivered for over 4 weeks. Excuses of the head office not delivering the product to them, however I wasn't informed about this at all. Lies Lies Lies. Avoid this branch.
