   This is a well-known store in Leicester for Indian groceries, and you can find almost everything you would expect from an Indian store in the UK. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately my most recent experience was disappointing. During our visit, my wife, my son, and I encountered two staff members who appeared to be drunk. They were blocking our way and arguing with each other, which made us feel very uncomfortable. This was completely unexpected from a store with such a good reputation. I hope the store owner takes this seriously and ensures that staff behave professionally at all times.

   It’s been a year since I moved to Leicester, and I’ve only just discovered this place. absolutely worth it! Their prices are much cheaper compared to other supermarkets like Yours Supermarket and Umrah Supermarket. Great offers, quality products, and a wide variety of items for Indian items. Definitely my new go-to spot for grocery shopping ,!highly recommend checking it out ❤️ They have a dedicating car parking to which is really convenient.

   We do shop here only reason is that most of the items, specially imported veges are fresh and good quality. Some of the other items are high quality and reasonably priced. The rating is for customer service and the stores cleanliness. It's horrible when it comes to clean, you never can expect customer service at all, as staff are very much poker face and no smiles, or friendly welcoming. We do regular shopping for veggis, not fruits, which sometimes overly prices, even the bad ones. They sell halal and vegetarian products predominantly.

   This Indian Grocety is quite well stocked with large selection of dry foods, fruits, nuts and vegetables. However I always notice, the cashiers are so devoid of common courtesy to shoppers. When you go to pay for your purchases they NEVER say hello. When they give you your change/ receipt, mostly they don't say thank you. Service WITHOUT A SMILE. The management should train the staff. I think. It does not take much at all to be courteous. I am an Indian. It is not the culture. They are just not bothered. I don't visit very often but when I do I always leave feeling appalled at their lack of friendliness.

   Today I bought Murukku box and taste was so horrible then checked the box for BB date and it was Jan2022. Falcon has no quality checks and they are selling the products after expiry date. There is no email address and phone number on the receipt to contact them. Really it’s quite disappointing. Unfortunately I couldn’t reach Falcon team. Please careful befor you purchase.

   A great place to get all your grocery needs and then some, especially if you are in need of South Asian goods. Plenty of products to choose from too. The staff are friendly and helpful, if you buy any large bags of rice or flour and etc the staff members will help you load it into your car. The only downside about this store is that they seemed understaffed. You can be waiting quite a long time at the till area.
