OVERCHARGING BE AWARE - ALWAYS ASK FOR RECIPT AND DOUBLE CHECK! I have been using this shop for many years but have only recently started to notice my shopping was coming up to too much! Upon checking the receipts I was right! Today i had gone in and purchased a few products, took the receipt and left. When i checked the receipt i noticed I had been charged for a beer I did not even purchase! I went back in an hour later and the guy that served me the first time was still on the till, he had the cheek to tell me he did not remember this transaction and that i needed to bring all the shopping back?? After a few minutes of going back and forth I was given my refund by cash - it was only £2.09 on this occasion but how many other times have I been over charged and how many other people do they do this to? It’s the principle! To top it all off they was selling mouldy parsley - which I could not see it was until i got home and opened it up! Sad to say I will not be returning again - I recommend Grosik right across the road.

Be very careful at the prices, I was charged 2 times in a row a higher price at the till then what was displayed! You NEVER receive a receipt and now I know why... I've been shopping here since 2015 and never checked the prices, I'm extremely disappointed and will report the issue to the proper authorities!

Be careful with oldish guy who is one the till. He like to add few more items to your shopping if yours is more than dozen of items. It's easier to "blend them in" with bigger shopping. Last time tried to rip me of for over 2 quid. I wonder how much he's making on a weekly basis. AVOID.

Shops clean and tidy. Sell all sorts of European foods which is convenient. Shop's full of stock. Everything they sell isn't in English which is not good for the people who don't understand polish or Turkish language. If they can atleast have labels in English language would help out the customers. The staffs are good and polite. Sell variety of cheese and other dairy products but doesn't explain in English which isn't convincing. If they can promote a bit in the language people understand it will be great.
