James has just shut the door on us upon arrival at store at 9.53 pm saying he's closing the store 7 mins early due to wanting to be somewhere
This tesco is good with a number of staff who live in the Birstall area, however particularly few number if staff with poor attitude..they simply don't understand the tone in there voice can be abrupt.A particularly English person who works during the week and young Asian young lady new recently at tescos. I've seen customers being filtered who they'd prefer to treat appropriately. I'm disappointed that such indeed need to realise customers are the heart of the store ..please monitor .thank you

When to drop off the parcel for Evri, asked to wait 10 mins. After a long wait, they refused collection of Evri return and said get this "Device is not charged" telling to come back in an hour. Sorry, this is at 11:30AM on working days. How many staff members work at the place? What a management.

Always seems to be open. Good selection of essentials at fair prices .Usually roadside parking available.
Perfect location, and open until 10pm on Sunday! Very well stocked and a good selection considering the size of the store.
