   Had too many issues with my delivery was delayed twice, No one seems to be available to serve In the showroom all seemed to be in the back, took 10 mintues to find a member staff and the manager always seems to be unavailable every time I ring, Not coming back again!

   Went to look for some tiles today and was absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the staff, the showroom and the ranges of tiles were amazing but the staff literally ignored me and my whole family! We stood at the counter waiting for between 10 and 15 while one member of staff looked at us and walked off without making eye contact, another was dealing with other customers who then left he went and joind the first member of staff out the back, the 3rd member of staff stood talking to his friend at the counter without even acknowledging us at all while they talked about something they had done together last weekend.... we will never go here again, we ended up going around the corner to tile choice who couldn't be more helpful and spent nearly 1200 on out kitchen and bathroom tiles I will be trying to file a complaint with head office

   Great centre for tiles grout & adhesive, excellent service, worked out my coverage. Suggested some extras. Checked what was in stock. Bingo, order complete. Collected the lot some 40 metre coverage on a pallet in my truck within the hour. Very good choice, and advice. Knowledgeable staff and attentive. At this very busy time, beat all the rest. I popped into a few who were not so busy yet no special attention. Best of all the cost was brilliant.

   Beautiful tiles, wonderful choices, like being in a wonderland of tiles, however all 3 of the metro tiles I wanted were not in stock, and there was a 3 week wait, with the most important colour out of stock in the warehouse, so unfortunately I had to go elsewhere as this is too long a wait for our project. I would certainly go back.
