   Went in to the Coventry branch after a local rival tool hire firm recommended them (obviously due to them not having the item I required). Was assisted by a very friendly and helpful chap called Daniel, who helped me set up an account and very shortly afterwards I left with the item I needed. The tool did the job perfectly. Both hire and return processes were very straight forward and smooth. Daniel was very professional and the overall service was top-notch. I will definitely be hiring from them again.

   I was misguided. I was told the payment to hire pressure washer was £32.99. When we returned we were charged £40 saying it was the amount for VAT.

   Service was excellent, as an individual with no experience in tool hire, all questions please had were brilliantly exhausted in answers. When setting up the account the staff on the phone was really helpful in me getting the tools before they would close for the weekend. Great team, definitely will be using their services again.
