    This is a lovely clean shop where anyone can join for £5 annual membership. You can do two shops a week costing £4 for 12 items. They also see little extras at a heavily discounted price. What makes this place so good is the staff/volunteers are lovely and make such a difference. The cafe at the back is a nice space too. I deducted one star because the opening hours are a little limited even though they open till 6pm on a Wednesday they are closed on the weekend. But appreciate the shop is made up of mostly volunteers giving up their time to help others.

    This place is similar to a food bank, but instead of giving food they sell basic items at a discounted rate. You have to sign up to be a member then you can shop there. Pop in for more info. I volunteer there and they also have a lovely cafe.

    It was very good. Staff were very friendly. The vegan sausages rolls out freezer were very nice. Not sure about eating pasta as 2 months out of date.

    We went there late on Saturday evening when we were in Bethnal Green and had a couple of drinks. It had a pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard. It hasn't been open long but the guy who talked to us was very pleasant. We had a great time .
