   If you're coming for a click+collect order, forget this store. It's a joke. You register that you've arrived and 15 minutes later nobody has come out. I had to go into the store to get some help, who had to phone down to them. Once Adam came out 25 mins after I'd arrived, he didn't care at all and just started to complain about the weather. I'll be putting in a complaint for the awful service by Adam and his manager Richard.

   Just came to shop and couldn’t get my handset first as it was blocked by store. While dealing with this customer service adviser gave me a lecture how I should or shouldn’t shop. Apparently if I got a scanner I am obliged to use it regardless and if I ended up not using it in the end I am not allowed to shop. Excuse me!!!! I have ADHd and it’s very hard for me to focus on things and it’s up to me to decide on which payment way I use in the end. I did not want to proceed with the handset and because of this it shouldn’t be blocked! I did ask member of staff to make sure it is jot blocked but she went ahead and blocked it for me creating unnecessary waste of time drama and anxiety. Another strange thing is how exit gate is beeping on almost every customer and they stop them and check. If you don’t trust your customers please do not create self check outs and continue service customer in person. P.S used to be regular to this store in the past and did not had such issues apart from one occasion where managers refused to sell reduced items because they wanted it for themselves. It was funny how they announced that this item isn’t for sale even though I was able to scan it :-)

   Extremely good Tesco. Huge selection of everything you need grocery wise. Also a large section for clothing with plenty to chose from. Staff also very helpful. Well recommended. Stays open late too which is handy when visiting the cinema nearby either to grab stuff after or take cheaper snacks in!

   Big store, plenty of self-serve tills. Carpark is restricted to vehicles less than 2.7m, meaning I had to park in the service area. Small inconvenience

   I like this Tesco, I have it on my way home from work. But what I noticed recently, bread at a yellow promotional price, seriously? I understand that there is a yellow price list, but have some respect. no one knows how many dirty hands touched this bread. disrespectfully placed on dirty boxes...

   always go shopping at most of the tesco stores .been to cross point walsgrave today .as they r doing it up cafe is very nice now .but cold in there as it is in the store not comfortable to be in there .also music is far too loud .I have hearing aids but had to take them out as really made me off balance. made it more difficult for me .did ask twice for them to turn it down. to nobody did .the my partner called one of ur head offices to complain. still not truned down .it was a very uncomfortable shopping experience

   Two tills open and several idle whilst six members of staff just standing there watching ! Queues of customers down the aisles and not one of them batted an eyelid. Poor customer service from the company with the motto every little helps.

   It’s a Tesco. Lots of shelves, lots off stuff.currently undergoing redevelopment to add a Greggs and and opticians, so will wait and see if that makes it more than just a Tesco.

   Massive car park. Same as most other Tesco's, no distinguishing features that make it any different. Lower range of products at present as the store seems to be undergoing a refurb. Main fault is there are too many many self service checkouts. Maybe reduced costs for wages but not getting passed on to the consumer. Shop at Aldi/Lidl instead.

   Terrible. We knew that the shop was in a mess but the lack of support for customers was awful. Ideas for the management..... 1. have staff specifically on shop floor helping direct people to correct isles. 2. Remove all signage as most is incorrect or does not make sense (back wall) 3.give information about what's happening, length of time . Staff don't even know. 4. Don't say fully stocked as its not. Several items were missing even after eventually finding the right isle Will be going to sainsburys from now on. Shame. It would have been better to close store.
