Had the chocolate cheesecake from Iceland and it was surprisingly good – rich, smooth, and not overly sweet. Perfect dessert when you want something indulgent without the fuss. Staff were polite and helpful, service was quick, and the store was well managed. Overall, a solid experience and definitely worth picking up again.
Freezers are always empty and full of dirt. They never restock anything. You can never get a full shop done here. And because the freezers only have a few products in, you are able to see the bottom and they are absolutely disgusting! The layers of filth made me put my shopping back, I can't shop here again. This amount of dirt doesn't accumulate in a few days or weeks, these freezers haven't been cleaned in years! There's no way that management haven't noticed. It's not just 1 or 2, it's all of them. Revolting. You are selling food!!

Nice stuff. But like everywhere else, the prices are always rising. The problem is always with the checkouts. Only 2 staffed. And 4 self checkouts. Sorry I'M NOT DOING YOUR JOB, SO YOU CAN LESSEN STAFFING LEVELS.
Plenty of good deals available and at a reasonable price. But the service was not that good. Would not give change for the car park so had to buy something just to get change. Also when came to pay they closed the back tills so had to go to the front till.
Good location, nice displayed, easy to found what we need. I dont found tiramisu here which is my favorite. The price of their product are standard. Wasn't waiting so much time at the till queue just ONE thing, please REMOVE the indian woman who really all time having chat with another indian woman who doesnt open the till while she has customer in front of her. Really? Also doesnt greeting the customer. Its hapend twice and wasnt only to me but to entire customer who waits to pay.
The fact at the lunchtime rush hour and the queue is massive (going up the isle) and there is one person on the till is absolutely shocking and extremely slow. They definitely need more staff working on the tills because one doesn't quite cut it.
This supermarket offers really good value for money. There are a lot of basic meals for one pound which are really very tasty. It's set out well and the checkouts are fairly prompt. Also, on Tuesdays they offer a 10% discount for the over 60's. Although it is not advertised too widely all you have to do is mention that you are over 60 at the checkout (with proof, obviously) and 10% is deducted from your bill. There is no limit to your spend either.
