Absolutely horrible customer service, i was just minding my business doing my shopping then i put something on the till then all of a sudden she said don’t do that. She looked at me in a rude way i asked if something was wrong in the nicest way possible then she told me to shut up. also the manager spawned in and said that i was shouting when i didn’t do anything wrong. The customers behind me also said i didn’t do anything wrong

If I could give this shop zero stars I would. The attitude of the security guards is ridiculous. I've been in on 3 seperate occasions now and each time I have been followed round the store by security.
The first time, I went in to get gluten free bread but there was none on the shelf. I did not need to buy anything else, so I attempted to leave the store. As I got to the door a security guard asked me what happened. I said I couldn't find what I was looking for so I am leaving. He then asked my boyfriend and I to empty our pockets to prove we had nothing.
On a second occasion I was just minding my own business walking round the store. The security guard was stood by the exit when I entered. When I was walking around I started to notice the security guard was watching me at the end of every aisle I visited.
On the most recent trip, I was looking around with my young baby in her pram. I paid for my things and headed to the exit. The security guard came from the aisle and looked at what I had and followed me out.
Have no idea why they keep following me, I can only assume they think I am a known shoplifter or they just like the power of following and challenging people without cause.

Purchaed Naan breads as part of our dinner tonight, went to put it away and noticed mould on the bottom. The BBE is more than 2 weeks away, so raises some serious concern over product quality/safety!

Someone please give Beth a promotion or Raise! What an absolute asset to our local Aldi. She's one of the reasons we love going there. She's always goes above and beyond and always knowledgeable. On many occasions staff had (probably unknowingly) told me there wasn't a product but she got us those products or at least checked. She did not need to but her kindness and way with people is worthy of management. She will go far and Aldi will lose her if they don't appreciate her. Forgot to mention she is such a hard worker and not just smart.

Yea, it's pretty shocking once you walk in here at how messy the store is.
But prices are pretty decent. Make sure you check dates on food, tho.
Staff are pretty rude, so they are best of not asking for any help.
Outside Shopping trolley bay always seems to go out over the pavement and into the road so pedestrians have to walk out into the road to go past the store.
No outlet this size needs like 270 trolleys...

Could do with more trolleys, quite a few items were low on stock. No dairy free /vegan cake at all. If Aldi want to compete with the major supermarkets then they need to address some of these needs even if there is only one offering for allergies.

Aldi Market, located in Gallagher Retail Park are good place for shopping in Coventry. Usually many clients, could be a Queue in Tolls, however are also Self Checkouts for a quicker payment. Many products for many occasions, great to visit.
