   The shop itself is generally fine (although expensive), but the Evri return service is a persistent issue. I've tried to use it multiple times over the past year, and every time I'm told it's 'currently not working.' It would be helpful if the store updated their status on Evri to reflect this, so customers don't waste their time.

   My wife came this evening to drop a large parcel using their Evri service. I repeat - It was a large box. The cashier called security and asked whether he could take it given the size. Didn’t you have any choice said the security guard with a mouthful of what looked like paan to my wife ? Meanwhile my wife is trying to balance the box on the counter because of its weight. Don’t push it through the hole Says the not helpful security guard. I’m not says my wife it’s heavy and I’m trying to balance it. Neither took the hint. Needless to say a horrid experience. Tesco don’t take on a service if you can’t handle it. And try better customer survive next time. Preferably without breathing pain in my wife’s face!!!!

   rude staff, door was shut for ages even thought i tried signalling for someone to let me in, when i brought it up to them they didnt care this woman patronisingly told me to go to self service check out because she doesnt want to go to the tills like i wasnt going to already.. bread was priced more than on display, she then took it to the cashier tills and grabbed my bread and squashed it in the centre ... i told her im not taking that one so i paid and got a new one like why would you just squash a customers bread because you didnt want to go to the tills thats actually weird behaviour ew
