   Pathetic customer service....Last week when I came to pick an amazon order ,one Sri Lankan guy shouted towards me.Friends don't purchase anything from there..the rate of products is very high in budgens,go to other super market and you can buy products at cheap rates.

   Absolutely horrible service. I came to collect my parcels after receiving a text to collect them yesterday and the Indian lady refused to give them saying she can't be bothered because she doesn't want to type the numbers. Never coming here again to collect parcels. 0/5 if I could. It's been 2 days and she still refuses to give me my parcel that I payed for. Absolutely ridiculous

   This Budgens is a safety hazard and just not run properly. I have bought milk and it leaked all over my fridge. I also went to go buy strawberries here but as soon as I picked it up a swarm of flies came out.They never remember what deals they have going on. Rarely have enough staff.The amount of times I have went in and I cannot get in isles as the lines are too long and they only have one member on the tills. There are two tills but only one worker I have also found a lot of products are opened or half eaten or simply over priced. I have also went to their ATM and it took my money, charged my bank and never gave me the money I wanted. They have posters of people in the isles who have apparently "stolen" but most either have grabbed things from isles to look at the product or aren't a problem at all it just seems like a way to shame them. They have also sold vapes to underage children and blame the parents for not keeping an eye on them. There is one worker I have a strong disliking of as when I go to the till he gives less change then I am meant to recive. They also on treat people who look threatening or menacing in their eyes right, such as my husband who got perfect treatment from all staff conpared to I who got dirty looks and dismissive treatment at the till. I always used to buy from this shop but the food and service disgust me.
