The rudeness is just unbelievable. Store manager or whatever position he is holding, is extremely rude with no reason. Oh sorry, the reason for his rudeness is lack of answer or guidance and he starts accusing customers of arguing and being rude instead. Someone needs to review the cctv and show him who is rude and why. It was not the first instance- always the same outcome. Some people asking questions are generally and honestly interested in the answer - they do not look for an argument, they just want to know why - simple as that.
