Lady blond hair black framed glasses I'm guessing supervisor by the stinking attitude, when someone moves out of your way without being asked it's nice to say thank you. Forget customer relations learn some basic manners or find another job were you don't have to interact with other people

Often has good offers and unique products for but lacks in vegetarian and vegan options, and the small amount of fruits are not great either.

Really like this place, a very good variety of frozen chicken products, ready meals. Soft drinks and alcoholic. Plenty of snacks, hot drinks offers and condiments. Was surprised at how reasonable it was. Only downside, not enough staff when I was there.

Lovely store, lovely staff, lovely prices! What is there not to like? The selection of products is super - though it would be nice to see a few more healthy items - and there are often unexpected deals on high street brands that are a joy to find. Go next door to Tesco and you'll find many of the same products at double the price. I started using Heron since I heard that the staff don't wear scented products due to those (like me) who are chemically sensitive, and I've never looked back. We do most of our shopping here now.

Bargain prices, check the labels for how healthy some of the less familiar brands are. Two bags full without breaking the bank. Parking is a bit tricky though

It's a basic, cheap place to shop for a restricted number of items...but: if you want those items then it can be a good place top get them!

All in all this is a decent place. Foods alright at relatively low prices. Staff are nice enough. One criticism is they don't often have stuff for long and they sometimes run out of essentials.

Easy to access from town along a main bus route (but sure exactly which bus). Really inexpensive prices on just about everything that is sold here. The staff are usually friendly and attentive but on the last visit the cashier was dealing with a personal phone call on a bluetooth headset whilst serving, so wasn't as friendly or attentive, or even as polite as usual. However, that was a rare occurrence and this is still the place to go if you are looking for certain things that we find in most supermarkets but at a snip. Bargains galore. Store is kept in good order and laid out in a sensible, clearly marked way. Some things get bought up fast but that's how it is with places that sell products cheaper than anywhere else. Highly recommended!
