Had the best experience in tesco so far. I spoke to Mohammed Islam, who has been a newly shift leader in this tesco express and has provided a very high quality of support and understanding when needed. I entered the store looking to gain some answers on a problem that I had on my club card and he did not hesitate to come help me even though he was just about to leave for his lunch break he decided to put me first as the costumer and gave me his unconditional attention on this issue. I am very grateful to have had such an incredible experience! If anyone needs any specific support ask for ‘Mo’, best costumer service experience ever!!!
