    I have been taking my little dog here for a few years now for grooming services - she always comes back smelling lovely, and they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. The staff are also really lovely - they have a wide range of high quality food/treats also, would have no hesitation in recommending.

    When we first got Freddie we were having trouble finding the right foods for his unsettled tummy. We tried all sorts of foods and it was suggested by a family member we try raw. Seeing as Sallywags is close to my work I popped in and asked their opinion. Sally took her time suggesting various raw food products and what we could do. I have never looked back. Both Sally and her team are very knowledgable on all their products, treats, equipment and so friendly and approachable. I also use Sallywags for daycare and Freddie is always greeted with love and enthusiasm. He is taken care of and is safe and happy. I don’t have him groomed there as we have a longstanding groomer we have always used but would have no hesitation if the situation changed to book him in. All the dogs look well groomed and happy when I have popped in. I would highly recommend Sally and her lovely team and have no issues entrusting Freddie into their care.

    Please give your business to someone who needs the business than to someone who arrogantly states they don’t want the longevity or business. We’ve used Sally’s a few times for our anxious Pomeranian, and no complaints about groomer. Unfortunately, our recent experience with the owner has been very disappointing. She has a stinking attitude.I missed an appointment due to being called into an emergency work shift. I completely accepted responsibility and paid the full no-show fee. At the next visit, a future date was discussed but never confirmed. Despite that, I later received a message saying I had missed another appointment and was asked to pay a second no-show fee, which seemed unfair given there was no confirmed booking. Because our dog is an important part of family life for our disabled child, we tried to resolve things. My teen daughter even visited the salon in person to make a new booking with the monies ready to pay for previous disputed appointment, but payment wasn’t requested. A new appointment was provided and I took unpaid leave from work to attend the new appointment, only to be told later that it had been cancelled by the owner. When I called to discuss this, the owner declined to rebook, gave inconsistent explanations stating she was out of pocket when in fact she was not since I was ready to put her back in pocket and settle any balance immediately. She then described our dog as β€œdifficult, to manage” something that had never been mentioned before. The owner’s lack of flexibility, poor communication, inconsistencies and dismissive attitude toward loyal customers have left a very negative impression. She had no care in the world that our highly ASD child will now no longer be able to cuddle her dog until we find another groomer.

    Fantastic groomers, they look after Reggie, our Pomeranian perfectly. They have been incredibly helpful and are extremely professional. Highly recommended and we will continue to come here in future.

    Lovely groom for the first few times we've been. No issues whatsoever. My pup was happy to go every time. But last one was very poor. My dog was barely touched, nails not trimmed, coat still long. I've asked specifically for his ear fluff to be cut shorter as his fur gets matted easily, but again, ears we not touched. I loved this place, but now I have spend more money after just 3 weeks of my dog getting "groomed". I'm assuming it matter who is the person working that day. We just were unlucky.

    It had been a while since our Lakeland had been stripped. We arrived at Sallywags and the team just made it all so easy. He’s never been so smart or as happy as when he left Sallywags - able to see - with his fresh trim.
