Don’t drop off any parcels here worse shop When I go to deliver parcels, they often refuse to accept them, giving various excuses. At times, they do not want to take any parcels at all. If they are unwilling to handle parcel drop-offs, then the service should be removed from the shop

I just walked in and the guy started to sneeze. Contracted Covid from Downing Drive Branch. The person made no attempt to even have a tissue. Really insanitary store. I have found detritus and rubbish on beer cans. Often out of dated items! I see from your response you got very defensive, this goes to show your contempt and utter stupidity. You are the one with people who are not even au-fait with the language. The cans of beer even have mold growing on it. I have seen your premises and it is totally unhygienic. I am going to report you to the health inspector! Lets see their findings. By response of owner you can tell that he goes all defensive well someone is coming to pull you up in a legal manner.
I went to the shop few days back he is not even listen to my words just watching his mobile. I asked many times to serve him not even saying please sry or thank you….Rude behaviour by the staff carelessness towards customers
