   I would have given this store a zero-star rating if Google allowed it. I usually visit this shop to buy a vape, and they used to give me a discount every time. However, when I went yesterday, there was a new employee. He told me the price was £15, but I mentioned that my friend had purchased the same vape for £13 the previous day. He then offered it for £14 but suddenly started yelling, saying, "Take it or go to another store." I didn’t want to argue over £1, so I let it go. I stared at him for a moment and then agreed to pay £14. But then he said, "Why do you want it now? I don’t want to sell it to you. If you still want it, you have to pay £15, or I won’t sell it at all." There was another employee in the store whom I knew, and he had always been kind. I asked the rude employee to call him, but he smirked and said, "You know him, so call him yourself." When I did, I explained the situation and told him that I no longer wanted the vape but was disappointed with the customer service. This kind employee apologized, but the rude one interrupted, questioning why he was even apologizing. This was the worst experience I’ve had in the UK. The way he treated me was appalling and clearly racist. Above all he was literally smiling [ evil’s laugh] I have been a regular customer for five months and was always treated well by three other employees, who were kind and respectful. However, this one individual completely shocked me with his behavior. I won’t be going back, and I’ve already informed my friends, who have also decided to avoid this store. Customers deserve respect, especially when they are the reason a business is thriving. It’s disappointing that, while the world is progressing, some people still choose to be rude and racist.

   I went in looking for a specific vape, but the staff gave me the wrong one. When I tried to exchange it, they refused to help and made me pay for another vape. Very disappointing service and a frustrating experience despite hoping they might have some understanding and sympathy for me.

   There is nothing "European" about this shop. Couple of things here and there, like Milka chocolates, but that's it. Most of the stuff is what you can find in any other crammed newsagent shops. If you want to get a variety of European products, go to any other polish shop like Smaczek in the center.

   How shops are allowed to be open still in the conditions I’ve seen within side the store are appalling. Very low standards rude shop keeper and shady staff that look like criminals . A guy with a black hat dressed I. All black would not let me off 8p . I asked him my friend I’m 8 p short could you let me off over 2 ayrans he looked and thought about it OVER AND AYRAN Over priced many BETTER SHOPS FUTRTHER UP GOSFORD AVOID THESE MUPPETS . Greedy not worth the walk in there’s a shop opposite PALMs a brother who speaks Arabic in there A* always helpful and kind if your under 8p hahahahah
