    Today we face a one the most worst experience in this sainsbury. We bought a yogurt and onions and paid at checkout, Security came to till and said very rudely we haven’t paid for yogurt we said we paid and we told to check the bill. After there checked we paid for yogurt. We told to security don’t be very rude and we ask for sorry. Again he was very rude and he started speaking very badly. Dont keep this kind of security near your sainsbury shop. Fire him he is a asian security I don’t know his name.

    I was ignored and treated very rudely by a member of staff when I had a query at the checkouts. I asked for assistance 3 times and they ignored me every single time, they were right next to me and definitely heard!

    Had a bad experience while picking up an Uber Eats order. Staff member Mohammed shouted at me in front of customers, wrongly claiming I marked myself as “waiting” in the app, which I hadn’t. When I explained politely, he was rude and said, “Do what you want — cancel the order or complain to my manager.” Very unprofessional. Disappointed as a loyal Sainsbury’s customer.

    This Sainsbury's location generally meets expectations for a neighborhood store. During my visits, I've noticed that staff members are generally diligent in maintaining shelf stock. However, customers who plan to use the Sainsbury's Smart Shop app may experience occasional difficulties due to intermittent internet connectivity. If you do manage to use Smart Shop in this store, the security guard may ask for proof of purchase, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there seems to be a consistent issue with extended wait times at the self-checkout kiosks, and assistance may be limited.

    Quite messy for local shop, with cages everywhere and a lot of staff working on cages at the same time. Frozen section was closed. There are four/five self service machines. Meal deal and bakery are available but run out towards end of the day.

    The daily necessaries are almost all available nice place for fresh meat and other veggies. The staff is helpful if you can't find your way around and has good products from breakfast to dinner every combo is available and a loads of drinks, also a good place to buy alcohol and meat. Had a good experience everytime I visited

    I was shopping at the Sainsbury late afternoon, was asking a man( customer )if he is in the queue, because he was kind of middle of his shopping , end up the man was so rude to me and shout at me: of cause I am in the queue, what do you think Ian doing. I was so crossed but didn’t know what to do, then the staff of Sainsbury was so kind and nice, he asked me if I’m ok, do I need the help, and even let me go to the counter to pay first, even other customer was so nice when they have heard I have been shout at. I felt so supportive and warm, really appreciate and thank you very much! This is the wonderfulest customer service that I ever had! Thank you !

    Excellent small store caters mainly for and is very popular with the student population, exceptionally long opening hours 7 till 11 daily.can get rather busy around 6 PM. Easy access with auto doors one level and adjoining car park .self service checkouts but you can be served by a human if required.the range of food stuffs is some what limited but very varied . friendly helpful staff who are always pleased to help
