   I recently used Mon Timber for putting down floorboards in my bedroom, and they were fantastic. The staff were super friendly and knew their stuff, helping me pick the right wood. They even did same-day delivery because I was in a rush, which was a lifesaver. The wood was top quality and made my room look amazing. Plus, their prices were really reasonable. I definitely recommend Mon Timber if you need great timber and awesome service!

   I am extremely disappointed with the service and attitude of the manager at the Cardiff store. I purchased a length of oak hard wood which was picked and cut by a member of staff whilst the manager over looked on. I later noticed it was damaged so I returned later in the day. The manager doubted my word and his attitude was surly and argumentative which was most surprising in this day and age

   I ordered quite a big load of timber from them and was hoping that my awkwardly placed Hippo Bag would be gone by the time of delivery. It wasn't. I was out that morning and stressing as to what I would come home to. I arrived home to find a very neatly stacked load on my drive, which the driver had carried by hand down from the road. What an absolute legend. Thank you so much!

   Used this place on a couple of occasions and always found the staff helpful. Good quality wood at affordable prices. A small area for parking so avoid first thing in the morning when the builders are getting their supplies.
