    A great selection of everything one might need for their pet, regardless of whether it is a dog or a chicken. Or something else. I used the dog grooming services as well and my dog was looked after very well. Staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

    I have never experienced such ignorance from staff before. I wanted to buy some fish for my aquarium and spent about 20 minutes waiting for assistance. I asked two people if someone could help me, and several employees lazily walked past me. I thought someone would eventually come over, but in the end, no one did. I left the store without the fish.

    I visited this shop the other day and Katy helped me to pick some tropical fish. She has great Costumer service always very helpful and happy to do so I appreciate her so much and we only hope that her colleagues will follow her example.

    Really nice shop, super convenient. ☺️ Everytime I have visited the staff have been super friendly however on this occasion I had simply asked the gentleman at the till who was serving me if they sold frozen mice as singles as I remember before they did, albeit a few years ago but I wanted to inquire anyway. (I had no problem getting a pack of 5, this was out of interest). I know and I'm well aware that I am feeding my Royal Python smaller mice however I had downsized for now as he had gained a bit too much weight for his size/age - he is an amazing feeder and highly responsive, so his weekly feelings of larger mice were always consistent which had him gain a bit of unhealthy weight. The lady who was also at the till then said that they did not do singles and only did that for frozen rats, fair enough, I understand, thank you for letting me know. I thought that was the last of what she said but she then questioned me on my snakes girth/length - I fully understand that she was most likely just giving her advice but ultimately it felt very condescending. I may have looked like I do not know what I am doing but I do fortunately. I did not explain myself, I felt as though if I had then she would have made other unsolicited comments. Her overall attitude was just not very nice and came across as unwelcoming. I don't appreciate being told the obvious, such as not to feed 2 mice in 1 go (as she told me). I have had my Royal Python since he was a hatching, he is doing absolutely fine. I don't understand why she had been a bit on the ruder side that day. As for mice quality, amazing. My boy is no picky eater and in the past I've had questionable mice brought from local pet stores but the frozen mice provided at Pets at Home are always super nice quality. Probably bare in mind that while you may also keep pet snakes/collect them just because someone else (customer wise) also has a pet snake does not mean that they should be treated like they don't know what they are doing. The gentleman at the till who served me was lovely. :) All the best.

    The Feltham Vets for Pets team are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I love how patient they are with my cat. But also the reception team ladies are amazing, they always take the time to listen to my concerns patiently no matter how busy they are. I love how they listen, give the best advice and guidance and most importantly they even take the time physically help when required. My car Karma is 7 years now, I took him for a check up recently and it was so hot that he stuck his tongue out like a dog and started to breath really fast. This made me very nervous, I told the receptionist and she rushed him and put him in an AC room to calm him down. This is what you call excellent customer service and going above and beyond! Thank you ladies ❀️

    Well stocked went in to show my little grandson the fish and rabbits which he loved shall always return when we are at Feltham as I have a cat to which I brought some items whilst I was there .

    A good place to go for pets' essential needs, however the cages for small animals needs an upgrade in sizes. I've seen countless videos on social media to rodents having signs of stress (and my gerbils) because of the cages and products not meeting proper requirements. Please fix this.
