   I made a purchase on 21st September for 6 x 4kg of ziwipeak dog food. They asked for my proof of address to verify the order, which I provided via email on 2 separate occasions. I have heard nothing from their customer service and it’s been 3 weeks since the money left my account and I still haven’t received the goods. Order number: 19391 Update: Today is 28/10 Still no response No refund No dog food Zero communication. Going back to the card company to dispute. Outrageous customer service if any at all Further update 10/01/2023 The company stopped answering my emails, and refused to refund my £578.64 nor deliver the goods…they even had the guts to challenge the MasterCard chargeback dispute case brought against them. Please avoid this company at all costs. If anyone wants verification of my dispute case against them please contact me - very happy to provide all the evidence. DO NOT buy from this company. You have been warned.

   I ordered a Hurtta coat for my dog but it didn’t fit and unfortunately I had to send it back for a bigger size, when I received it it also didn’t fit. I then spoke to Graham several times who was so helpful and understanding and he helped me find the right size for my dog and after the third order this one fits perfectly. The customer service was great and they were so helpful despite me ordering three times and sending the items back. I very much appreciate the help and advice they gave me and will definitely be ordering from them again.

   0 stars again this company advertising 3 day delivery time it's now been 11 days spoke to them for the 3rd time and again another delay. Asked for a refund was told it would be 3 to 5 days they are still advising products they do not have do not trust or use the company Read the other reviews and belive them Poor service website still. Offering 2 day postage for products they do not have shocking in 2020 Shocked how a compony can be so poor at online orders in this day and age . I am taking this to trading standards I will be reporting the page shocking I will spend the next week taking sure every page is aware of how poor this page is. I am in dog groups of over 40k people

   Placed my order with Perfectly Yappy as they promised the fastest delivery (5 working days). I emailed every day for a week with no response and when I tried calling they are not open on weekends, which is less than helpful for someone who works Monday to Friday 9-5. I finally managed to speak to someone 6 working days after order placement to find they are only just shipping today and best delivery method they can offer is Royal Mail 1-2 days. If you are looking for a fast delivery, or your order when promised I would not recommend this company.
