    Iā€™m honestly really shocked and sad that an establishment meant for pet lovers takes such bad care of their animals, especially in 2025 when there is so much research and understanding about animal welfare. The animals were in absolutely tiny and unsafe enclosures - the wheels for the hamsters are beyond dangerous, there was no place for them to hide, and the birds were clearly stressed. Iā€™m really disappointed.

    Poor service for the animals. There was a rabbit was sharing the same floor as the shop, I couldn't see water and it had a very small area. It was just a small cage put over it with a carboard box to sleep in. The fish had no top to their tank and were all trying to get out. The birds were fighting and left together, one parrot looked sick.

    We are new to this! We previously purchased two parrots in a private home and they died in less than 12g hours long, make sure you buy your pets in a shop, it has everything they need!

    Big birds like Macaws should not be in tiny cages! I wanted to buy some pet products but couldn't do so after seeing this majestic bird in a small cage - they need to fly.

    Long running and excellently well run pet shop. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic range of foods and supplies for all pets. The only pet shop I trust.
