   Had my LVT flooring fitted a year ago the floor was lovely and pleased with it at the time. Had them to come back to replace 3 planks which after a few months had cracked. Lucky that I had some left over. The replaced plank was not fitted flush against the next one so got intouch for them to come back. Fitter and owner of the company promised to rectify this.After months of calls and then given a time and day they were coming and then just didn't bother turning up I find appalling customer service! It's a case of take your money and run. I've now had my hallway done with another fitter " same floor at half the price" he's also rectified they're work. I gave 2 stars just for the flooring not the work or this company. I was charged £200 a box and now bought it from a local flooring company costing me £85 per box exactly the same floor. I would not recommend this company.

   Stumbled across LNC by accident but glad I did. I’d had a horror experience with another company (Just Carpets), 5 fitting visits so repeatedly emptying main room in house, 5 faulty carpets & loads of damage (sounded like they were knocking the house down during fitting!). Lee Cunningham @ LNC was understanding of my being on edge about new carpet / fitting. He went the extra mile to make sure I could be confident- even rolled out the carpet in the warehouse so I could check it before it was fitted. The job involved removing a “lip” between house & extension & fitting new carpet. The fitting was done on a day of my choosing. Lee & Kian worked well together, did a lovely job very quietly (important to me as noise sensitivity issues) & no damage whatsoever. I would highly recommend & will use them in future.

   The carpet was fitted to a good standard but the damage that my property endured in the process was simply unacceptable, and the way that the company has dealt with it is unacceptable aswell. Once they were finished fitting, i went to have a look and they had damaged my tilt and turn double glazing window, it was basically hanging off and lent up against the wall which was also damaged, when i questioned them about this they basically denied all knowledge which in my opinion is cowardice and quite frankly pathetic. Also my walls were dented here and there and all my skirting boards scratched i basically had to redecorate and as for the window its lucky im handy and managed to fix it myself as a window expert would of charged atleast £100 just for call out. And when i asked the company for some compensation they just said that they would call me back and then never did, obviously cowardice and not taking responsibility runs within this company
