Recently used Tool Raptors to make some custom foam for a few sets of special tools for resealing valves, very pleased with the outcome and the turn round time.
I can highly recommend Tool Raptors. They're a superb company to deal with. Fast efficient service and the work is fantastic. Great communication, (despite the dodgy land line) via emails and mobile numbers. I would definitely use them again.
Avoid at all costs COWBOYS Ordered two flight cases no problem. 3 weeks later nothing turned up, Can't ring them as there phone lines do not work. Got an email saying it was getting sorted. a week later nothing. Emailed again asked for a refund, told the refund would take 7 working days, no problem. Money never showed up and blank all my emails now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
After several months of use now, we are more than thrilled with how these kits we had built by Tool Raptors turned out and are still in use today. As a company that requires their kit to be hauled around Wales & England, in and out of vehicles and thrown onto concrete and garage floors, it's always a reassuring sight to our clients when we arrive with kit as well presented as ours and still handling the abuse. One thing we'll probably add in the future is more bottle slots in the lid, but overall, fantastic process. I was told 7-14 working days and arrived on the 12th so I was more than pleased. Thank you! We will get more made for sure!

Do not use this company!! I first contacted them in August/September to foam and laser etch three draws of tools for my new job. I was told it would only take about three/four weeks, it ended up taking over 4 months and it's still not complete. The whole process was was painful! There were 2 missed collections leading me to drive to them personally to drop off my tools, they were shut for the day and forgot i was coming so i had to wait. I was sent designs for the foam that didn't even have all my tools included in the design. I would ask for the design to be changed and i would only get partial changes with the rest ignored. I thought to my self that it's hard to explain over email so i tried to call them. I made multiple attempts to get hold of them on different days and times with no answer, this continued for weeks. They actually answered the phone when i called them on another number. When i eventually had foam inserts arrive, they were of a design i did not approve and my tools were not with them, after calling and complaining i eventually got my tools back, Un-etched and they didn't even fit the foam inserts they sent me. After a missed collection again, i decided to drop them off for a second time and the CEO/Owner apologised over the phone and told me he would ensure it was sorted. Weeks later and after i made multiple phone calls i get told their etching machine is broken and just over half my tools are done. I agreed to having my tools sent back to me with an agreement that they will be re-collected and etched for me as soon as the machine was fixed and with a partial refund. Weeks later again and no word from them and no partial refund, still keep calling and last time i communicated with them they informed me that the refund would take three working days (NO refund received) and not a mention or sorting my tools out as of February this year. Worst service i have ever had in my life and that's not an exaggeration AVOID!
