   I’m a bit late posting this review as I could not access my Google account! I have purchased a few things from Toolstation in Cwmbran. Every visit is always a pleasure, items are in stock, service is quick and the staff are always friendly & helpful. I was offered help to carry my items to my car…that is something that I always really appreciate. My last visit I was served by Claire. I highly recommend this branch.

   I ordered a pressure washer using click and collect next day. Arrived in store, was greeted immediately and my order number taken to retrieve my goods. The Man (sorry, forgot his name) even carried it to my car and put it inside for me. You cannot ask for better customer service!!! Thanks again :)

   ordered via click and collect. My wife went to the store to collect as she was heading to newport shopping. wrong item was supplied which means a 30 mile round trip to correct their mistake.

   Excellent service, could not have been more helpful. The item I wanted was showing as being out of stock, but staff looked through the delivery they had just received to find it for me so that I didn’t have to make a second trip to buy it. This would definitely have not have been the case at their competitors!

   Ordered another item from Cwmbran Llantarnam branch late yesterday evening. I received a text at 08.30am this morning saying the item was ready for collection. On arriving, and due to the current Covid19 situation, my name was taken at the door, and my parcel was put into my hands in less than 20 seconds. The prices and service at this location cannot be beaten. Many thanks.

   A very conveniently situated branch - BUT it lacks customer service. If we complete a click and collect we expect to be in and out of the branch quickly (say 5 minutes) NOT waiting 10-15 minutes whilst the guy in front debates what drill to buy (from a selection of 164). Eventually another staff member did show up and we were served but were late for our urgent installation.
