I've been coming here for 10 years, the staff are always really friendly, always up for a chat, they have everything you need, great prices on everything. Always playing great tunes which always cheers you up, even when you're not feeling great, I don't shop at any other small shops. Life long happy customer. Thank you FC Team ❤️
Thank you for the feedback, We are not greedy at Family cellar however we get charged as well for providing pay point services however customers are our priority and we have tried to get rid of this service however some regular customers require this service. We have only been charging for 3 weeks as a trial and obtained feedback from our customers and have now got rid of the charges. We take Feedback very seriously and understand what you are saying . We have already been working on this and our contract with pay point ends in October and so from then we will no longer be providing this service. Customers always come first at Family Cellar.
In my experience the lady is very pleasant also the older chap is ok but The young bloke was in your face About the new rules on pay point Charges and pointed out you can not go anywhere all pay point places are charging for the use of the service I went to other pay point centres And they do not charge extra on top of your bill whether paying by cash or Card . So the family cellar is missing informing the public Hence my other shop items now will Go elsewhere Ps. The rude chap that misinformed Me ref pay point charges needs A stern word from management I am not the only that dealt with the Young chap .
Staff are always friendly, offer a kind helping hand locating my desired products, are polite and always have a smile on their face! Store has a wide range of products, as this is my local store it is very convenient and I would definitely recommend it!
Very friendly and helpfuly and there prices are ridiculous cheap best llace to go for a quick shop to last till you go for a big shop, plus there desert and cakes they have are awsome there's so many varieties to choose from.
