   I was really disappointed by the attitude of the staff at this dog store. They were incredibly judgmental toward large breed dogs, which is shocking considering this is supposed to be a place for all dogs. One staff member even seemed scared of my dog, which felt very unprofessional and made us both uncomfortable. If you own a large breed, I wouldn’t recommend visiting — you shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome in a store meant for dog lovers.

   A great place to treat your dog. Our dog loves all the treats we buy which are natural air died streets. You can pick and mix the streets your dog likes. Highly recommend a visit.

   We are about to adopt our first dog from a shelter and having The Dog Store on our doorstep is great. Louise has incredible knowledge, being a dog behaviorist who has worked with dogs for 20+ years. She’s an absolute pillar of the community, as Paws for Coffee by Bushy Park, The Dog Store and Paws Academy are all hers and/or her dad’s. The perfect one-stop-shop for all our dog needs. She gave us really useful information for our first dog, what to buy and how to approach him. We came away with a super cute doggy harness from her shop, and free training snacks for our new dog. Will definitely be back!

   Stan correctly guessed everything about my dog before I had even told him. He has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience and so much wisdom to share. I really appreciated his honesty and the reassurance he offered me when it came to providing a diagnosis. He not a man out to make money from people’s misfortune but has a genuine desire to help and is committed to doing so. He has dedicated his life to understanding dogs. It was an honour to have some of his time and I will be forever grateful.

   Have used this company before to purchase on line and fair play the goods have arrived within the specified time . The last order some 6 weeks ago was a different story as it never arrived . On contacting the store I was given a tracking number , seemed than my package was delivered but not to my address . I again contacted the store only to be told that I have to contact royal mail as they have fulfilled their contract and sent the items , according to royal mail it is the senders responsibility to claim against them ,then reimburse the purchaser but not according to this company . So it would seem that the only person who has gained out of this purchase in the owner of The Dog Store !!!!! I will definitely not be using them again .

   A hugely impressive store. All the wares are clearly carefully selected to provide healthy food and safe and clever training tools for your dog. If you are lucky enough to meet Stan and hear what he has to say about your dog that's a bonus. Well worth the trip to Hampton!

   I visited the Dog Store this week with my Rhodesian Ridgeback (Zeus). What a fantastic time he had. The super friendly staff laughed as he sniffed and poked round everywhere. He was rewarded for his nosiness with air dried dog treats. He had to sample each one to see which he preferred. In my 36 years of owning dogs I must say the Dog Store is on of the best stocked shops. Certainly out of the top drawer. Zeus returned home with a large bag of air dried beef and a lovely new dog blanket. I am sure he will be returning very soon

   I contacted Stan Rawlinson about concerns over my two dogs diet, and he quickly got back to me with some suggestions. I have already put those in place and I am very grateful that he was kind enough to respond as I do not live close enough to visit his store. He is doing great work, in many areas, to see that our dogs live healthy and happy lives.
