    I have visited this store many times to post or collect an evri parcel. So this review is not from one experience. My parents used to own a shop for many years, and from this I understood how important customer service is. Each time I have visited here, I never get a smile, never greeted, no thank you or please and the guy just seems like it's an inconvenience I am there! When I have needed help with the machine (which I hate asking) he just seems so miserable. I have been to multiple shops to post things and the service has been miles better. It really doesn't hurt to show some manners and make your customers feel welcome.

    Check your change. I went in there this evening and got a few bits. Charged over £15 thought it was steep went home and totted it up. It came to less than £10. I went back said he'd overcharged me can he please print a copy of the receipt from the till. He said I know I over charged you let get you the new price £9.50. I got £5.76 back No apology no checking if I was wrong. Over charging in my eyes is theft. Watch yourselves in there.
