   Popped in with an issue with Dewalt Impact Drill I had owned for a while, but had a problem with the bit chuck, they kindly sorted it there and then. Didn’t charge, plus threw it a free chuck bit. Certainly proves the advantage of supporting a local store, when you had a problem.

   Discusting, ordered by mail and an opened item was repackaged into a oversized generic box with loads of tape ends and other junk from the store. Opened as a Christmas present assuming it was properly packaged and had to dig gift out from under a pile of your litter. Shameful.

   This place is genuinely the best tool shop I've been too hands down, the huge selection of tools is almost overwhelming. But best of all. The customer service is absolutely A1, I travelled from about 2 hours away and for there later than expected, that wasn't a problem for David. He happily stayed after closing to show me round looking at tools and giving me prices for anything I was interested in. You can tell the family business from the big box stores. 100% recommend traveling to visit the guys. You won't regret it.

   Really poor customer service and really poor customer care. I bought an item from this company that never turned up. when reporting this to the company all they wanted to do is to get information from the delivery company and see where the parcel was. Ok fine, I get that. however, the next stage of events cost me time in speaking to DPD who called me 3 times, time in speaking to my neighbours, and time in calling and chasing Data Power Tools for updates and either the item ordered or a refund. Some 7 weeks after the point of order. Massive waste of time, with absolutely no care for the customer and absolutely no idea what customer service is when a parcel goes missing. Left feeling that I am being accused of theft till DPD actually owned up and agreed that the parcel wasn't delivered. Will avoid ever using these guys again, only gave them 1 star as there isn't a no-star option.
