   Hello everyone. Called in Thursday tall chap centre till busy taking return,two guys sitting by screens doing not much. Customer plus myself kept waiting for what seemed an eternity because they couldn't be bothered to get up off their backside to serve. Pontyclun they get up to serve you. Don't expect the world to stop spinning, but come on .w.b.s. for instance private owned in and out no time . Braceys plus other local merchants same. Although held an account for 12yrs was charged £4.78 for bag chippings ,sister company keyline £2.40 plus pleasant quick service from lady. Self employed builders need efficient and helpful service, not staff that seem not bothered, Then get charged twice the competition would . Please Travis don't go into the pub trade

   Excellent service and delivery Had two bulk bags delivered to a residential address. The first delivery they were unable to put on the driveway due to the power lines but returned just a few days later with a solution. Huge thank you to Dan, the very friendly and personable delivery driver (and one other - apologies as I didn't get your name) for the ingenuity and dedication to the delivery location I needed.

   I would give Travis Perkins Ponty 10 stars if I could! Absolutely impeccable customer service and got a delivery to our house through a difficult street and lane when other companies would not even try. Dan could not have done more to help us. Throughout this entire process he has been kind and willing to go the extra mile to help with our delivery. Bradley who delivered the product managed to get it perfectly outside our back garden and was incredibly helpful. Thank you to you both and everyone at Travis Perkins. We are so pleased with not just the difficult delivery but also the quality of the produce. Diolch!

   Popped here for the first time and really should have visited before because they have way more stuff than I imagined them to have and reasonably priced. The shop staff was really helpful too and excellently deaf aware. Shall be returning for more stuff I'm sure.

   Just come off the phone having spoken to Andrew ...all week i been phoning them about wanting stuff . They have bent over backwards to help me. I told them i wanted to support local firms in pontypridd and I was not wring !! They know I don't drive and on my own not always sure if what I order is correct . Andrew and his team always go out of their way to help return calls . I couldn't find a firm more helpful .The delivery chap was ever so helpful too . Bought loads last summer for the garden every step of the way supported me to get what I needed. In lockdown my garden as with others is so important to do up to take the edge of lockdown . I thoroughly recommend . So friendly they are used to me now I am very appreciative .
