Incredible customer service today! We called after being let down for some plum slate and they had it delivered within the hour. Also, managed to drop the jumbo sack over the wall to save us from shovelling/dragging it through the gate and in to the garden. Thanks and will definitely be using again!

Website for TP shows items that can't be purchased in local stores. Water resistant mdf, certain doors etc... Annoying when you think you've found something and then being told you can't have it. If it's on the website make it available everywhere please.
Always waiting ages to be served as staff having conversations behind the tills. I will be using TP in Trehafod as staff is much better there.
