   I have today returned surplus building products and had the misfortune of dealing with the manager, Selena Boldy. She was abrupt and rude yet again to my partner. This isn’t the first poor experience with her. As a professional customer, Wickes has disappointed me yet again. The purchase wasent made on my TradePro account and the attitude from her was not warranted.

   Bought a bathroom from wickes Caerphilly. As the property was being refurbished it was not unpacked straight away. On fitting it was discovered the bathroom sink was scratched. We went back to complain (June 16th) they were quite arrogant about it, telling us we should have checked it. Actually, no. We bought it in good faith and it's down to the "COMPANY " to check it's all in good order before sending it out. We still have not received a replacement or even any correspondence. Very unprofessional. Will add a photo. They are quick enough to take your money, but not prepared to sort out problems

   It had everything I wanted at a reasonable price. Staff seemed friendly, and the store was easy to navigate. There was plenty of parking, no charges for that. Got the paint I wanted and other bits and happily getting on with my projects

   Ordered a kitchen February 2022 got told it would be fitted July but the fitter had other ideas told me November then December then can't fit you in until 2023 I asked why he could not fit and was told he had a lot of work coming in that he been tendering for . Absolute shambles ended fitting it myself for xmas 22 . But I must add the lady in wickes the kitchen coordinator was very good and solved any issues we had .

   Awful store it was absolutely stinking inside, wanted to look at wood flooring and floor tiles but all covered in thick layer of dust. Very quiet and from the outside we actually thought it wasn't open. Not rated at all

   Waste of time this evening. Booked a kitchen design appointment, arrived in time but left hanging around for half an hour, not acknowledged, not even offered a seat to wait. Did get a cup of tea from another staff member who could if started to help get the design started but no update or time indicated. Thought a Saturday evening appointment would of been better as quieter but you live and learn. Could of had family time stead of hanging about a warehouse!

   Great store, great prices. Cheaper than B&Q in most things. Has a good sale on paint which is amazing quality compared to most home brands. Always try wickes before anywhere else. Staff friendly and helpful too.
